Technical Description
Evopallet is engineered from high-carbon steel sheet using cold stamping process that includes drawing. This manufacturing method imparts superior mechanical properties, delivering exceptional strength and durability.
Its structural design features a rib-reinforced top deck and three one-piece stringers joined via clinching — a mechanical fastening technique that provides significant advantages over welding. The use of hot-dip galvanized steel ensures corrosion resistance, enabling reliable outdoor storage.
An embossed surface enhances grip and stability. In the event of localized impact, deformation is contained within the affected area, preserving the pallet’s overall structural integrity. Evopallet conforms to standardized 1200×800 mm dimensions, ensuring seamless integration with existing logistics systems.
Smart Pallet
All Evopallets come standard with a customized 50×50 mm QR Code, Data Matrix code, or Barcode, laser-engraved on all four sides. You can choose white or grey as the engraving colour, ensuring maximum contrast and reliable scanning.
The Data Matrix code is engineered to ensure accurate decoding even if up to 30% of its surface is damaged by scratches, dirt, or other forms of wear, making it fully reliable and perfectly suited for operation in any working environment.
Each code can be connected to a unique web page, allowing your company to manage all associated logistics information. This technology delivers real-time updates on product status and location, streamlining warehouse operations and enhancing overall logistics efficiency.

Logo Engraving
Evopallet offers the option to engrave your logo (70×70 mm) using advanced laser technology, ensuring a permanent and highly durable marking. Engraving your company logo transforms each pallet into an effective promotional tool. In addition to enhancing brand visibility across the supply chain, this customization enables immediate ownership identification, improving traceability and optimizing logistics management.
Colour Customisation
Evopallet is designed to meet your needs, offering colour customization with certified fireproof, pre-painted sheet metal. A wide range of colours and effect coatings (wood, marble, etc.) is available. Please note that the back of the top deck and inside the stringers match the base color of the chosen finish.
Finishing can be applied to either the stringers only or the entire pallet. We guarantee 99% finishing coverage on the top deck and approximately 97% on the stringers, with only minor exclusions due to technical requirements.
The finishing process is designed to ensure superior hygiene, while being able to withstand temperatures ranging from -50°C to approximately +150°C. Evopallet offers a combination of durability and customisation to reinforce brand identity at every stage of the supply chain.
