EPAL Dimensions
Evopallet conforms to EPAL standard dimensions, making it fully compatible with all handling and forklift systems, including automated ones. Unlike wooden pallets, it does not require frequent structural integrity checks, ensuring operational continuity, reduced downtime and lower operating costs throughout the logistics chain.

Evopallet is designed to adapt to your needs, offering customisable colours for the top deck and stringers, along with the option for permanent laser-engraved logo marking — making each Evopallet a clearly identifiable asset within the supply chain.

Weighing just 12.7 kg (approx. 30 lbs), Evopallet is nearly 50% lighter than conventional wooden pallets, which typically weigh around 25 kg — offering easier handling, lower transport costs, and greater operational efficiency.
Non-Slip Structure
The integrated embossing on the Evopallet’s top deck and stringers increases contact friction, substantially reducing the potential for load displacement during manual lifting or automated handling processes.
Thermal Shock Resistance
Evopallet is engineered to withstand extreme temperature ranges from -50°C to +300°C (-58°F to +572°F) without structural compromise or the release of harmful substances. Ideal for cold storage down to -40°C (-40°F) and sterilisation processes up to +150°C (302°F), Evopallet offers a safer alternative where wooden pallets may warp, degrade, or ignite.
Weather Resistant
Made from hot-dip galvanised sheet metal, Evopallet resists corrosion and environmental degradation, even in harsh outdoor conditions. Its non-absorbent surface eliminates water absorption and associated weight gain, ensuring greater durability and reduced storage and transport costs compared to wooden pallets.
Enhanced Work Area Safety and Cleanliness
Evopallets’ all-metal construction prevents the risk of broken parts and floor debris common with wooden pallets, significantly lowering cleaning and maintenance demands and eliminating associated hazards.
