Non-slip pads on runners
Evopallet can be equipped with 4/6 non-slip pads applied to the underside of the crossbars in order to improve the pallet’s grip, particularly on shelving.
They are available in TPU (greater resistance and friction) and PVC (fireproof, UL94 V0 certified material) and are resistant to temperatures from -20° to +50°.
Non-slip pads on bottom of top deck
Evopallet can be equipped with 4 non-slip inserts applied to the bottom of the pallet deck to improve the pallet’s grip on the lifting forks.
These are also available in TPU (greater resistance and friction) and PVC (fireproof, UL94 V0 certified material) and are resistant to temperatures from -20° to +50°.
Non-slip strips
Evopallet can be equipped with 6 anti-slip strips applied to the top of the pallet deck to improve the grip of products on the pallet. They are made of PVC coated with mineral granules and are resistant to temperatures from -5° to +50°.
Perimetral embossing (for crate handling)
Evopallet can be supplied with perimetral embossing that have a dual function:
1) Containment of plastic crates in both the longitudinal and transverse directions
2) Interlocking stacking, both in standard and crosswise mode
Smart Pallet
Each Evopallet is equipped as standard with a unique code measuring max 50×50 mm, laser engraved on all sides in white or gray. The code can be a QR Code, a Data Matrix, or a Barcode in CODE39 format. Depending on the format, the capacity varies: up to 70 numbers or 40 letters for the QR Code, 70 numbers or 50 letters for the Data Matrix, and 10 characters for the Barcode.
The Data Matrix is readable even if damaged by up to 30%, ensuring reliability even in difficult conditions. Each code can link the pallet to its dedicated web page, where all logistics information is managed.
The unique code ensures real-time traceability, improves warehouse management by avoiding the need for labels, and reduces errors and operating times.

Logo Engraving
Evopallet offers the option to engrave your logo (70×70 mm) using advanced laser technology, ensuring a permanent and highly durable marking. Engraving your company logo transforms each pallet into an effective promotional tool. In addition to enhancing brand visibility across the supply chain, this customization enables immediate ownership identification, improving traceability and optimizing logistics management.
More corrosion-resistant surface treatment
For greater corrosion resistance, Evopallet can be requested with a zinc-magnesium surface finish, which ensures more than double the value compared to standard Z140 hot-dip galvanizing.
Customised colour and galvanisation
Evopallet is designed to meet your needs, offering colour customization with certified fireproof, pre-painted sheet metal. A wide range of colours and effect coatings (wood, marble, etc.) is available. Please note that the back of the top deck and inside the stringers match the base color of the chosen finish.
Finishing can be applied to either the stringers only or the entire pallet. We guarantee 99% finishing coverage on the top deck and approximately 97% on the stringers, with only minor exclusions due to technical requirements.
The finishing process is designed to ensure superior hygiene, while being able to withstand temperatures ranging from -50°C to approximately +150°C. Evopallet offers a combination of durability and customisation to reinforce brand identity at every stage of the supply chain.
Optional inserts
Evopallet can be equipped with special inserts, from 4 to 6 depending on requirements, designed to increase grip in all operating conditions. Ideal for use on shelving and to reduce the risk of slipping in hostile environments.
